PORTSMOUTH SPANISH AMERICAN WAR MEMORIAL PLAQUE
Granite stone approximately 3'x3' with a bronze plaque attached to the center. The stone is sitting in the ground on one side of the World War I memorial and across from the Civil War Monument.
