Choose the New York City War Memorial(s) where you wish to have your flower(s) placed by indicating the number of flowers per memorial in the box provided. The number of memorials must match the number of flower bouquets sponsored.

Include an appropriate dedication or message up to thirty (30) words which could include just signing your name, family name, organization or business. If you wish to remember someone who served in the military or to be remembered for your own service please include (if known) name, rank, branch of service, unit or ship, war, and if Killed in Action the date. War dedications will be delivered to the appropriate war memorial. The Horse Soldier Memorial honors Iraq and Afghanistan veterans.

The Foundation will do its best to use artificial red roses but reserves the right to choose any other artificial red flower or patriotic colored flowers that would be available if there is an unforeseen production problem with red roses.

All war memorials, no matter where they are located, are the key to maintaining a living tradition of memory and remembrance about the cost of war, the courage of those who go down to it and the sacrifices they make in the name of the United States of America.
